1973 Nissan C110 Skyline

This 1973 Datsun 240K was acquired by the current owner in 2018 and subsequently refurbished and modified in the style of a C110 Skyline GT-R. The car was refinished in white over a black vinyl interior, and power is provided by a 2.4-liter inline-six paired with a five-speed manual transmission. Equipment includes rear window louvers, fender flares, a rear deck spoiler, 15″ Watanabe wheels, a stainless exhaust system, and power-assisted front disc brakes. This 240K is now offered on behalf of the current owner in Adelaide, Australia, with clean Australian registration in the owner’s name. The body was refinished in white (QM1) as part of the refurbishment started in 2018. GT-R-style modifications include matte black wheel arch flares, rear window louvers, a rear deck lip spoiler, GT-R badges, and a GT-R-style front grille. According to the seller, new weatherstripping and glass seals were sourced from Japan and installed after the repaint. 15″ Watanabe wheels are finished in metallic gray and wrapped in Nankang Noble Sport tires. According to the seller, the front and rear suspension were rebuilt with powder-coated hard parts, and a Maddat adjustable rear crossmember was installed during the 2018 refurbishment. The right-hand-drive interior was refreshed with reupholstered seats in black vinyl, matching black door panels, and black carpets. Additional equipment includes a push-button AM radio, a black dash pad, front shoulder belts, and a wooden shift knob. Instrumentation consists of a 120-mph speedometer, a tachometer, and gauges for fuel level, coolant temperature, oil pressure, and amperage. The five-digit odometer shows 46k miles, approximately 100 of which were added by the current owner. True mileage is unknown. The 2.4-liter L24 inline-six was repainted and fitted with a black-painted valve cover and a replacement alternator, freeze plugs, spark plugs, and wires as part of the refurbishment performed by the owner. A stainless exhaust is fitted, and the seller notes that the points and distributor cap were replaced. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a five-speed manual transmission sourced from a 280ZX.
