This 1941 Cadillac Series 67 is a seven-passenger touring sedan that was sold new at Tallman Cadillac in Decatur, Illinois to a Mr. Jarvis on April 18, 1941. It is equipped with a 346ci flathead V8 coupled with a 3-speed column-shift manual transmission and was reportedly restored prior to its first place showing at the 1992 CCCA Nationals. Maintenance performed over the past year is said to total nearly $6k, which covered a rebuilt carburetor, resealed transmission, rebuilt water pump, a refresh of the brake system, and more as detailed below. This Cadillac is now being offered on consignment by a dealership in Colorado with receipts from the current owner and a clean Arizona title. The Series 67 features a 139” wheelbase with bodywork by Fisher. This example was refurbished under prior ownership, and though details are sparse, the seller believes the car was repainted at this time. The finish presents well in provided photographs, and images of the trim, lights, and grille are viewable in the gallery. Body-colored steel wheels wear chrome hubcaps with Cadillac emblems and wide whitewall tires. A refresh of the brake system was performed two months ago, and new rear spring bushings, rear axle seals, and front trunnion joints were installed within the last year. A first place badge from the Classic Car Club of America is pictured above. Interior features include a deluxe steering wheel, wood grain dash and trim, AM radio, heater/defroster, and foldable jump seats. It is reportedly one of 280 examples that were not equipped with a rear divider window. 62,310 miles are shown on the odometer. The 346ci flathead V8 is paired to a 3-speed column-shift manual transmission and was rated at 150 horsepower from the factory. Maintenance performed within the last year has included a rebuild of the carburetor, new points and condenser, a resealed transmission, rebuilt water pump, chassis lube service, fuel pump gasket, oil pan gasket, coolant flush, and oil change. An original identification card shows that the vehicle was sold to S.D. Jarvis of Decatur, Illinois on April 18, 1941. A walk-around and driving video is viewable below.
