1941 Diamond T

This 1941 Diamond T cab-over-engine flatbed truck is said to have spent time in Arizona and was refurbished before being purchased by the current owner in 2021. The truck is finished in blue over tan vinyl upholstery and powered by a Hercules inline-six paired with a five-speed manual transmission. Equipment includes hinged windshield panels, a wooden bed floor, underbody equipment boxes, a dually rear axle, 22.5″ alloy wheels, and Classic Instruments gauges. This Diamond T COE truck is now offered by the seller on behalf of the owner with a clean Minnesota title in the owner’s name that describes the truck as a 1941 REO. The body was separated from the frame, stripped, and refinished in blue with black fenders under previous ownership. The bed rails and chassis are finished in black, and additional features include a chrome grille and front bumper, fender-mounted headlights, and dual mirrors as well as clearance lights, side steps, and hinged windshield panels. The cargo bed is outfitted with a wood floor and side rails, while equipment boxes are mounted underneath. Alloy 22.5″ wheels are mounted with 255/70 Firestone T575 tires, and stopping power is from drum brakes. The center cap is missing from the left-front wheel. The split bench seat is upholstered in tan vinyl with a Diamond T logo on the seat back and accompanied by color-coordinated door panels and carpets. Details include body-color sheet metal, bright door hardware, a clock, and a Muncie PTO control panel. An engine-turned dash panel houses a Classic Instruments 140-mph speedometer, an 8k-rpm tachometer, and auxiliary gauges. The six-digit odometer shows 600 miles, approximately 500 of which were added under current ownership. Total mileage is unknown. The Hercules inline-six sends power to the rear wheels through a five-speed manual transmission and a dually rear axle. The oil was changed in preparation for the sale.
