This 1993 Puch 230GE is an ex-Swiss Armed Forces vehicle that was imported to the US under previous ownership. It is finished in drab green over green vinyl upholstery and is powered by a 2.3-liter inline-four mated to a four-speed automatic transmission, a dual-range transfer case, and a locking rear differential. Equipment includes a green canvas soft top with roll-up sides in addition to a tow ball, LED headlights, 16″ steel wheels, inward-facing rear jump seats, and a PA system with a siren. The selling dealer acquired the vehicle in 2024 and notes that subsequent work consisted of powder-coating the wheels, lifting the suspension, repainting the grille and bumpers, replacing the steering stabilizer and power steering hoses, and performing an oil change. This 230GE is offered at no reserve in South Carolina with factory literature, a Swiss Army log book, a Carfax report, and a clean Florida title. Finished in drab green, the vehicle is equipped with a green canvas soft top with roll-up sides along with a tow ball, an antenna, a jerry can holder, a swing-out tailgate, and mud flaps. Paintwork was recently performed on the bumpers and grille according to the selling dealer, who notes that LED headlights were installed under current ownership. A 2019 entry on the Carfax report notes damage to the rear of the vehicle. Black-finished 16″ steel wheels with Mercedes-Benz-branded centers are wrapped in 285/75 Atturo Trail Blade M/T tires, and a spare protected by a soft cover is mounted at the rear. The selling dealer reports that work in preparation for the sale included power-coating the wheels, lifting the suspension by 40mm, and replacing the steering stabilizer and power steering hoses. Two bucket seats trimmed in green vinyl reside in the front area of the cabin, and a PA system with a siren has been added according to the selling dealer. A cage divider with a roll-down window separates the front from the cargo area, which houses folding jump seats and rubber floor liners. A repair to the driver’s seat can be seen in the gallery below. Instrumentation includes a 180-km/h speedometer and a combination gauge for fuel level and coolant temperature. The five-digit odometer shows 78k kilometers (~48k miles), and total mileage is unknown. The 2.3-liter M102 inline-four sends power to the rear or all four wheels through a four-speed automatic transmission, a dual-range transfer case, and a locking rear differential. An oil change and water pump replacement were carried out in preparation for the sale. Additional underbody images are provided in the gallery. The Carfax report notes the aforementioned damage in its first entry in 2019.
