1967 Volkswagen Single Cab Transporter Split-Window Pickup

This 1967 Volkswagen Transporter is a split-windshield, single-cab pickup that reportedly spent time under owners in California, where it was stored in a barn prior to the seller’s acquisition in 2013. Power is from a 1,493cc single-port flat-four paired with a four-speed manual transaxle, and the truck is finished in period-style Sinclair service station livery. The seller has had the fold-down bed, bumpers, and roof rack refurbished as well as servicing the fuel delivery system, brakes, wheel bearings, suspension bushings, and more. This Type 2 is offered in Wisconsin with service records from 2013, a canvas bed cover and frame, a spare wheel and carrier, and a clean California title in the name of the seller’s trust. The single-cab body features a split windshield with Safari windows and is finished in Velvet Green with period-style Sinclair service station livery. The seller states that the bumpers were repainted in their stock shade of Silver White, the lower nose blended, and the roof rack powder-coated and fitted with varnished white oak slats during his ownership.
