This 1998 Mauck MSV 1120S is a running and driving project that is one of approximately 100 examples hand-built by Custom Coach Corporation for Mauck Special Vehicles of Worthington, Ohio. The 10-passenger coach is powered by a rear-mounted 454ci GM Vortec V8 paired with a four-speed 4L80E automatic transmission and is finished in white over blue leather upholstery. Equipment includes dihedral-hinged front doors, 16″ wheels, air suspension, storage cabinets, front and rear air-conditioning systems, captain’s chairs and bench seats, a microwave, a Uniden CB radio, and Kenwood and Sony stereos. The vehicle reportedly remained with the original owner’s family in Florida and spent time in storage prior to its July 2022 acquisition by the selling dealer. This MSV 1120S is now offered at no reserve with a clean Carfax report and a clean Florida title. The fiberglass body is finished in white, and surfaces exhibit fading, cracking, and chipping. The exterior lights were sourced from contemporary vehicles produced by Ford, Jeep, and Dodge, and additional features include dihedral-hinged front doors, tinted glass, a passenger-side rear entry door, a fixed sunroof, a roof-mounted rear air conditioning unit and satellite dish, and aftermarket taillights. A rear bumper trim piece is missing, and ghosting is present on the glass from previously applied vinyl graphics. Three-spoke 16″ alloy wheels are mounted with 235/85 Cooper Discoverer HT3 tires. The coach rides on a carbon-steel space frame chassis with a 144″ wheelbase and is equipped with an air suspension system and General Motors-sourced four-wheel disc brakes. The selling dealer reports the braking system feels soft and requires service before further use. The front cabin features two bolstered seats with blue leather upholstery and armrests. Equipment includes a rearview camera monitor, a custom center console, front and rear climate controls, audio controls, a Uniden CB radio, tinted sun visors, and a Kenwood head unit. Wear is noted on the trim. A two-spoke steering wheel sits ahead of instrumentation that includes a 100-mph speedometer, a 6k-rpm tachometer, and auxiliary gauges. The six-digit mechanical odometer shows 12k miles. The rear cabin features woodgrain paneling, blue carpets, and a 6’5″ ceiling height. Seating provisions consist of four captain’s chairs and two bench seats that are trimmed in blue leather. The coach is equipped with retractable window shades, overhead lighting, audio and video entertainment systems, a microphone system, strobe lighting, a sink, and a microwave. The audio and video components have not been tested. The rear-mounted GM 454ci Vortec V8 drives the rear wheels through a 4L80E four-speed automatic transmission and a Currie-built Ford 9″ rear end. The selling dealer reports the engine has not been serviced since the vehicle was removed from storage. Corrosion is noted on the underside, additional photos of which are provided in the gallery. The Carfax report shows no accidents or other damage and lists history in Florida from October 2006 through the most recent entry in December 2022.
