This 1966 Alfa Romeo Giulia Ti was sold new in Italy and imported to The Netherlands in 1992, where it has remained since. The original 1600cc engine remains in place and has Dellorto carbs. This is the second series Giulia 1600TI, with a different aluminum dashboard and round gauges and a newer interior and bucket seats. Modifications include performance suspension components, TZ alloy wheels, rally navigator equipment, and deleted bumpers. FIVA documents are also included. It is now located in Haarlem, Netherlands where it is titled to the private party seller who has had the car for two years and added approximately 3000 kilometers. The car has been fitted with Arese Tuning lowered springs and Italian made OSRAV gas adjustable shocks. The current owner added Compomotive TZ wheels 5.5×15 with Michelin 185/65/15 tires. They are secured with Alfaholics brass lug nuts. Bucket seats are upholstered in original cinghiale material. The factory style rubber floor mat is also intact. The interior has been upgraded by a pace note light (flexible arm) and special rallye safety belts. For accurate distance measurements a GTI Rally Twin Tripmaster. There are 120,500 kms showing on the odometer. A more recent 1600 head has been fitted to the original engine block: AR00514*67693* together with a later intake manifold with double Dellorto DHLA40 carbs. After purchasing the vehicle from the former owner, who also used it only for a few rallies a year, the car had some rally scars and a few rust issues at the common places (bottom of front fenders left/right). These body imperfections were professionally resolved by  Dutch Ferrari restorer Tito Rubbio in The Netherlands. Rockers did not need to be replaced so they retain their factory spot welds and the fender repairs were done to retain the proper shape and weld locations. Due to the fact the car was already in a very nice condition according to the seller (believed restored in the 90s), only the body under the window line was resprayed, so no windows out, and roof and rear lid were left untouched. Service records date from 2000. During the ownership of the current owner the front suspension was subject to fitting GTA-type adjustable top suspension arms, new caster arm ball joints, and lower ball joints. New Arese Tuning springs were added front and rear, as was a new sport exhaust. A new brake booster and new master cylinder were also added. The most recent service was for all new fluids. Original bumpers in nice condition are included with the car but not mounted. Both the FIVA card and the Alfa factory info verify that the car is MY 1966, but the Dutch registration lists it “as pre-1971” and 1964. This car has run many European rally events since being brought to The Netherlands in 1992. It is ready for more events within Europe or for worldwide shipping.
