This 1946 Mercury Eight Model 69M woodie wagon is powered by a 350ci General Motors V8 that was installed in 2023 shortly before the current owner’s acquisition. Additional work performed at that time involved installing exhaust headers, replacing the clutch assembly, and overhauling the fuel and electrical systems as well as the drum brakes. The engine is backed by a column-shifted three-speed manual transmission. Finished in beige with wood paneling, the car is equipped with three rows of bench seats upholstered in patterned cloth in addition to 15” wheels, Summit gauges, a 12-volt electrical system, and an Edelbrock carburetor and intake manifold.
