1954 Cadillac Eldorado

This 1954 Cadillac Eldorado is one of 2,150 convertible examples produced for the model year and was refurbished prior to the current owner’s acquisition in 2022. The car is finished in white over red and white leather, and it is powered by a 331ci V8 paired with a four-speed automatic transmission. Equipment includes a black convertible soft top, 15″ wire wheels, power steering, dual mirrors, power windows, air conditioning, and a push-button AM radio. Previously listed on BaT in July 2024, this Series 62 Eldorado is now offered at no reserve on dealer consignment with a clean Florida title. The car is finished in white and is said to have been repainted during a refurbishment under previous ownership. It features a power-operated replacement black convertible soft top, an egg-crate grille, a hood ornament, a curved windshield, dual mirrors, windshield washers, vertical tailfins, stone guards, a fuel filler concealed under the left taillight, and dual exhaust outlets exiting through the rear bumper. The 15″ wire wheels are mounted with Coker Classic whitewall tires. Braking is handled by drums at each corner. The car came equipped from the factory with power steering. The front and rear seats are upholstered in red and white leather, and interior appointments include power windows, an AM radio, an analog clock, and air conditioning. The two-spoke steering wheel features a chrome horn ring and fronts a 110-mph speedometer and gauges for fuel level and coolant temperature. The five-digit odometer shows 19k miles, fewer than 500 of which were added under current ownership. Total mileage is unknown. The 331ci V8 was factory rated at 230 horsepower and 330 lb-ft of torque. Power is routed to the rear wheels through a Hydra-Matic four-speed automatic transmission.
