1957 Chevrolet Bel Air 2-Door Hardtop * Refurbished & Modified During a Build Completed in 2024

This 1957 Chevrolet Bel Air two-door hardtop was acquired by the seller in 2023 and was refurbished and modified during a build completed in 2024. A 406ci small-block V8 was installed along with a BDS Blowers 6-71 supercharger, dual Edelbrock carburetors, and a BDS scoop with triple butterflies. The chassis has been modified with Wilwood disc brakes, tubular front control arms, a four-link rear suspension assembly, and adjustable coilovers. The car is finished in red over a red and black interior, and additional equipment includes a four-speed automatic transmission, a 9″ rear end, a custom center console, an Alpine touchscreen infotainment unit, Vintage Air climate control, and Dakota Digital gauges. This modified Bel Air hardtop is now offered with records from current ownership and a conditional Georgia title. The body has been refinished in red and features a color-coordinated windshield visor and Continental spare tire kit. The hood has been cut to accommodate the blower and scoop assembly, and projector-style headlights are installed. Additional details include dual side mirrors, chrome and stainless trim, and a fuel filler concealed above the left taillight. The car rides on tubular front control arms, a rear four-link setup, and adjustable coil overs at each corner. The machined 22″ alloy wheels have polished lips and wear staggered-width Lexani tires. Braking is handled by 6 pistons Wilwood disc brakes with red calipers and drilled and slotted rotors. The interior features bench seats trimmed in red leather with patterned black cloth inserts as well as coordinated door panels and black carpets. A Vintage Air climate-control system is installed, and a custom center console houses an Alpine touchscreen infotainment unit along with aftermarket speakers and dual cupholders. Dakota Digital instrumentation consists of a 160-mph speedometer with an inset tachometer and dual digital displays as well as gauges for coolant temperature, voltage, fuel level, and oil pressure. The digital odometer indicates 1,700 miles. The 406ci small-block V8 was installed in 2024 and is topped with an aluminum intake manifold, a BDS Blowers 6-71 supercharger, dual Edelbrock carburetors, and a three-butterfly intake scoop. Additional equipment includes a Griffin aluminum radiator, an MSD ignition control module, finned valve covers, and coated exhaust headers. The included dynamometer test results indicate peak output of 716 horsepower and 638 lb-ft of torque. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a four-speed 700R4 automatic transmission and a Ford 9″ rear end.
