This 1958 Alfa Romeo Giulietta Spider 750D spent approximately 40 years with a previous owner before being acquired in 2023 by the selling dealer, who subsequently imported it to Canada. The car is powered by a 1.3L twin-cam inline-four mated to a four-speed manual transmission and is finished in red with a black soft top. The cockpit houses low-back bucket seats trimmed in black vinyl with red piping that are accompanied by Crow Enterprizes latch-and-link lap belts. Further details include an Audiovox solid-state radio and a heater as well as a Weber two-barrel carburetor, finned drum brakes, and 15″ steel wheels. This Giulietta Spider is now offered by the selling dealer in Canada with a 2022 appraisal document, partial service records, parts and repair manuals, and Ontario registration. The Giulietta was introduced at the 1954 Turin Auto Show with the Bertone-designed Sprint 2+2 coupe. The two-seat Spider was revealed the following year with bodywork by Pinin Farina. This example is finished in red with a black soft top. Chrome-finished front bumperettes are accompanied by a three-piece rear bumper, the left corner of which is misaligned. A driver-side mirror, a radio antenna, and a single polished exhaust outlet are additional details. A black vinyl tonneau cover will accompany the car. Painted 15″ steel wheels wear polished hubcaps and are wrapped in 155-series Vredestein Sprint ST tires. Braking is handled by finned drums at each corner. The low-back bucket seats are upholstered in black vinyl with red piping and are complemented by Crow Enterprizes latch-and-link lap belts. An Audiovox solid-state radio is centrally mounted within the dash, and the car is further equipped with a heater, a dash-mounted mirror, and red carpets. The left turn signal is inoperative. The two-spoke steering wheel features a polished horn ring, and the left turn signal is inoperative. Veglia instrumentation consists of a tachometer with an inset oil-pressure readout flanked by a 120-mph speedometer and a combination gauge indicating oil and water temperature as well as fuel level. The five-digit odometer shows 64k miles. The 1.3L twin-cam inline-four is fed by a Weber two-barrel downdraft carburetor with an open-element air filter and sends power to the rear wheels through a four-speed manual transmission. An aftermarket muffler has been added, and corrosion is visible on various underbody components. A 2022 appraisal document can be viewed in the gallery along with partial service records and various parts and repair manuals. The car does not have a title, as it is registered in a province that does not issue titles for vehicles. It is being sold on its Ontario registration, which carries an “Unplated” notation.
