This 1959 Jaguar XK150 fixed-head coupe is finished in Old English White over a red leather interior and is powered by a 3.4-liter DOHC inline-six mated to a three-speed automatic transmission with electric overdrive. Equipment includes four-wheel disc brakes, 16″ wire wheels, and lap belts for the front occupants. The car is said to have undergone a long-term refurbishment under previous ownership that included an engine overhaul, a reupholstering of the interior, a refurbishment of the transmission, replating of chrome trim pieces, and the installation of a stainless-steel exhaust system. It was acquired by the seller in 2019 and subsequently repainted. This XK150 is now offered in Canada with a second set of wire wheels, a tool roll, manufacturer’s literature, a Jaguar Heritage Trust certificate, refurbishment photos, and Ontario registration in the seller’s name. Delivered from the factory with Cream paint, the car was refinished in Old English White under current ownership, and the chrome bumpers and trim pieces, the headlight surrounds, and the rear taillight assemblies were replated. Features include a fender-mounted driver-side mirror, hinged fender vent doors, wing windows, and dual exhaust outlets. The seller states that the car was involved in an accident under previous ownership that resulted in damage to the driver’s door. The windshield washer reservoir is disconnected. Silver-painted 16″ wire-spoke wheels secured with two-eared knock-offs are wrapped with 215/70R16 Goodyear Wrangler HP tires. A spare with an older Firestone tire is stowed beneath the trunk floor, and four wheels without tires are included in the sale. Braking is provided by four-wheel discs. The paint on the wheels has chips, and close-up photos of the bodywork are included in the gallery. The cabin features bucket seats retrimmed in red leather along with matching door panels and carpets. Appointments include lap belts, a passenger-side grab handle, and pop-out rear quarter windows. A four-spoke steering wheel fronts a central panel that houses a Smiths instrumentation consisting of a 140-mph speedometer, a tachometer with an inset clock, and additional gauges displaying fuel level, oil pressure, and coolant temperature. The five-digit odometer shows 28k miles, approximately 200 of which were driven by the seller. True mileage is unknown. The 3.4-liter DOHC inline-six is equipped with dual carburetors and polished cam covers. The seller reports that the wiring harness was replaced under previous ownership. A stainless steel exhaust system has been fitted. Power is sent to the rear wheels via a three-speed automatic transmission with electric overdrive, and the transmission was refurbished under previous ownership. The seller notes a chassis reinforcement near the left-rear wheel. The Jaguar Trust Certificate shows the factory colors and equipment and a build date of October 6, 1958. The car does not have a title, as it is registered in a country that does not issue titles. It is being sold on its registration.
