This 1962 Triumph TR3B was refurbished circa 2010 and is powered by a 2,138cc inline-four linked with a four-speed manual transmission. The car was acquired by the seller in 2023, and subsequent work involved cleaning the carburetors, replacing the fuel line and valve cover gasket, and setting the valve lash. Finished in black over red leather with cream piping, the car is equipped with a black convertible top, a tonneau cover, and a top boot in addition to a detachable one-piece windscreen, Brooklands-style aero screens, chrome trim, front disc brakes, 15″ wire wheels, auxiliary lights, and a banjo-style steering wheel. This TR3B is now offered by the seller on behalf of the owner with removed parts, service records, a BMIHT certificate, a car cover, and a clean California title in the owner’s name. The car left the factory finished in black and was refinished during the refurbishment, and the windshield, trunk panel, floor panels, and bumpers were also replaced at that time. Additional equipment includes a black convertible top, a tonneau cover, a top boot, Brooklands-style aero screens, wind wings, fender-mounted side mirrors, a cowl hood vent, and auxiliary lights. A ceramic coating was reportedly applied to the body panels. The 15″ wire knock-off wheels are mounted with 165/80 Nexen SB-802 tires. Refurbishment work involved replacing suspension components and installing rack and pinion steering. Braking is provided by front discs and rear drums. The cabin features bucket seats that have been re-trimmed in red leather with cream piping, which is complemented by color-coordinated door panels and carpets. Lap belts were installed under current ownership, and additional appointments include a lockable glovebox, door pockets, and a dashboard-mounted rearview mirror. The banjo-style steering wheel fronts a Jaeger 120-mph speedometer and 6k-rpm tachometer. Auxiliary gauges for oil pressure, fuel level, coolant temperature, and amperage are positioned at the center of the dash. The five-digit odometer shows 45k miles, approximately 1k of which were added under current ownership. The 2,138cc TR4-type inline-four was factory rated at 105 horsepower and 128 lb-ft of torque. Service under prior ownership involved installing electronic ignition and replacing the wiring harness and fuel tank, while work following the seller’s acquisition involved cleaning the carburetors, replacing the fuel line and valve cover gasket, setting the valve lash, and changing the oil. Power is routed to the rear wheels through a four-speed manual transmission. The British Motor Industry Heritage Trust certificate lists a build date of  August 20, 1962, along with identification numbers and vehicle production information. The current California title has been signed and dated July 11, 2024, by the current owner.
