1964 Ford Mustang 1964.5-1966

This 1964.5 Ford Mustang convertible is finished in Rangoon Red over black vinyl and is powered by a D-code 289ci V8 equipped with a four-barrel carburetor and paired with a four-speed manual transmission. Features include a white convertible soft top, a black top boot, 14″ styled steel wheels, chrome bumpers, front bucket seats, and an AM radio. Acquired by the selling dealer in 2023, this Mustang convertible is now offered with a car cover and a California title. The car left the factory finished in Rangoon Red and was refinished prior to 1996, according to the selling dealer. It is equipped with a replacement power-retractable white soft top, a black top boot, a luggage rack, and chrome bumpers. Styled 14″ steel wheels are mounted with Michelin X Radial And Goodyear Regatta 2 tires. Braking is handled by drums at all four corners. The cabin houses front bucket seats and a rear bench trimmed in black vinyl. An AM radio is equipped. The air conditioning does not work. Instrumentation consists of a 120-mph speedometer flanked by fuel-level and water-temperature gauges. The five-digit odometer shows 19k miles and is noted to have rolled over.
