If you only glanced at the lead photo for this Mustang, you might dismiss it as another “Eleanor-style” movie-car clone, but look just a little longer and you’ll see something quite different. This Mustang hits the restomod approach hard and has a complete retrofit chassis from Schwartz Performance slipped underneath its unit-body structure. The new suspension uses coilover shocks, though it maintains a solid axle at the rear—a custom aftermarket 9-inch. The Ford Windsor-based engine reportedly incorporates some NASCAR bits in the form of Yates cylinder heads and other upgraded hardware, and feeds a Tremec six-speed. Outside are Shelby cues and inside are lots of custom touches and red upholstery. This one is wild, and while it may not appeal to Mustang purists, it checks a lot of the right boxes for enthusiasts immersed in today’s restomod movement. – TM

The selling dealer states that it will provide a clean Florida title in the consignor’s name. There doesn’t appear to be a square inch of this 1967 Ford Mustang Fastback restomod that wasn’t touched during the build — and with less than 2,000 miles on it, the car’s construction still appears fresh. According to the seller, no expense was spared in its comprehensive makeover and it shows.
