This 1968 Alfa Romeo GT 1300 Junior was first registered in Rome on July 30th, 1968 and is said to have undergone a refurbishment in 2014 before its recent acquisition by the selling dealer. Finished in green over tan leatherette, this 105 is powered by a 1,298cc inline-four paired with a five-speed manual transmission. Equipment includes chrome bumpers and trim, 15″ wheels with polished hubcaps, wood dash trim, and three-point front seatbelts. This Stepnose GT Junior is offered in Piacenza, Emilia-Romagna, Italy with an Italian libretto, an Automotoclub Storico Italiano badge and records, and Italian current and historical registration. A repaint in green was reportedly performed as part of the 2014 refurbishment. Exterior touches include chrome bumpers and trim, Italian license plates, and a driver-side mirror. The seller notes scratches on the windows and bumpers. Silver-finished 15” steel wheels wear polished hubcaps and are mounted with Firestone FS560 tires. Disc brakes are fitted at all four corners. The cabin is trimmed in Cuoio Cinghiale leatherette on the seats and door panels, while wood trim adorns the black dashboard and locking glovebox. Retractable three-point seat belts are fitted for the front passengers. The seller notes that the blower motor is currently inoperative. A two-spoke steering wheel fronts Veglia instrumentation including a tachometer, a 200-km/h speedometer, and auxiliary gauges. The five-digit odometer shows 60k kilometers (~38k miles). The 1,298cc twin-cam inline-four was factory rated at 86 horsepower and 85 lb-ft of torque. The engine is said to have been serviced in preparation for the sale. Power is routed to the rear wheels through a five-speed manual transmission. Corrosion is noted on the jacking point pinch welds, and additional photos of the undercarriage and wheel wells are provided in the gallery below. An Italian registration booklet, an Automotoclub Storico Italiano (ASI) badge and certificate, and a factory maintenance booklet are included in the sale.
