1970 Ford Torino

This 1970 Ford Torino Cobra is a SportsRoof coupe that was delivered new to Dismukes Ford of Enterprise, Alabama, and reportedly underwent a cosmetic and mechanical refurbishment before being acquired by the seller in 2022. Powered by a J-code 429ci V8 mated to a three-speed C6 automatic transmission, the car is finished in yellow over black vinyl upholstery. Equipment includes Magnum 500 15″ wheels, drum brakes, power steering, a shaker hood, rear window louvers, air conditioning, and a push-button radio. This Torino Cobra is offered in Ontario, Canada with a build sheet, a Deluxe Marti Report, manufacturer’s literature, and Ontario registration in the seller’s name. The car was finished from the factory in Light Ivy Yellow (2) and is said to have been repainted during previous ownership. The car features a black shaker hood, exposed hood fasteners, color-keyed mirrors, chrome bumpers, rear window louvers, and dual exhaust outlets with bright finishers. A two-spoke steering wheel fronts a horizontal-sweep 120-mph speedometer and supplementary gauges. The five-digit odometer shows 19k miles, less than 100 of which have been added by the seller. True mileage is unknown. The J-code 429ci V8 was factory-equipped with a four-barrel carburetor and a shaker scoop. The engine is said to have been overhauled during the aforementioned refurbishment work and the exhaust system has been replaced using Flowmaster components. The car does not have a title, as it is registered in a province that does not issue titles for vehicles. It is being sold on its Ontario registration.
