This 1975 Porsche 911S was acquired by the seller in 2009 and subsequently modified with a replacement 3.0-liter flat-six, steel Carrera-style rear fender flares, a ducktail rear spoiler, later-model front seats, and 16″ Fuchs-style wheels. Additional work performed under current ownership involved overhauling the five-speed manual transaxle and installing H4 headlights, Euro-style bumperettes, 22mm sway bars, a front strut tower brace, SSI heat exchangers, a Dansk dual-outlet muffler, an aftermarket steering wheel, a Rennshift gear lever, and an Alpine CD stereo. Service performed in April 2023 involved an oil change. This 911S is now offered in Canada with an owner’s manual, a tool kit, and Nova Scotia registration in the seller’s name. The car was repainted black following installation of steel Carrera-style rear fender flares under current ownership. Silver Carrera side script has been added, and additional exterior details include a front spoiler, a fiberglass ducktail decklid, H4 headlights, Euro-style rear bumperettes, and dual exhaust outlets. The flag side mirrors wear a satin finish. Silver 16″ Fuchs-style wheels measuring 7″ in front and 9″ wide in the rear feature black insets and are mounted with Bridgestone RE71-R front and RE11 rear tires measuring 225/50 and 245/45, respectively. A collapsable spare is stored in the front trunk. Rear Bilstein dampers and a front strut tower brace have been installed along with 22mm sway bars from Weltmeister and Porsche. Stopping power is provided by four-wheel disc brakes. The cabin features replacement later-model bucket seats upholstered in light gray leatherette with color-coordinated door panels and rear seats. The seller states that the headliner, carpets, and seals were replaced, at which time a Rennshift gear lever and an Alpine CD stereo were installed. Additional equipment consists of pop-out rear windows, door speakers, a heater, and manual crank windows. The aftermarket three-spoke steering wheel fronts VDO instrumentation including an 8k-rpm tachometer, a 150-mph speedometer, an analog clock, and auxiliary gauges. The five-digit mechanical odometer shows 62k miles, approximately 2,000 of which were added under current ownership. Total mileage is unknown. The replacement 3.0-liter flat-six was reportedly overhauled by the owner and is said to have a 10:1 compression ratio, an oil-fed tensioner, and 964-style camshafts from Dougherty Racing. An oil change was completed in April 2023. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a five-speed manual transaxle that was reportedly overhauled under current ownership with a symmetrical synchronizer for first gear. SSI heat exchangers have been installed along with a Dansk dual-exit muffler. The inner structure of the body was reportedly covered in a wax oil protective coating.
