This 1991 Porsche 911 Carrera 2 was imported in 2013 from Japan to Estonia, where it was the subject of a Carrera RSR-style build over the next two years. The car has been fitted with widebody-style carbon-fiber bodywork that incorporates a front splitter, a rear wing, LED headlights, brake cooling ducts, and polycarbonate door windows. The replacement 3.8-liter flat-six was rebuilt to RSR specifications in Norway in 2023, and it is linked with a G50 five-speed manual transaxle and a Carbonetic limited-slip differential. Recaro seats are accompanied by a roll bar, MOMO steering wheel, CAE Ultra Shifter, Rennline pedal set, and VDO instrumentation. Chassis components include a 964 Turbo-style front subframe, KW Clubsport two-way adjustable coilovers, an H&R rear sway bar, Powerflex Black Series bushings, and four-piston calipers. Electric air conditioning and power steering have also been added along with a Link ECU, Lite Blox battery, custom exhaust system, and staggered-width BBS 18” wheels. Acquired by the current owner in 2023, this modified 964 is now offered in Norway on dealer consignment with Norwegian registration.
The car was modified in Estonia with an RSR-style carbon-fiber hood, front splitter, fenders, quarter panels, valances, rocker panel covers, and decklid with an integrated wing. The car was then repainted white, and an electrically heated windshield, LED headlights, tow hooks, brake cooling ducts, and polycarbonate door windows with sliding inserts were added. The protective film has been applied to the front bodywork and the rocker panel covers, and discoloration on the film around the dual exhaust outlets can be viewed in the gallery.
Multi-piece BBS 18×9” front and 18×12” rear wheels have gold-finished centers and polished lips, and they are mounted with 225/40 and 295/30 Michelin Pilot Sport Cup II tires, respectively. The car rides on KW Clubsport two-way adjustable coilovers at all four corners and a 964 Turbo-style front subframe has been installed along with an H&R rear sway bar, heim-joint front and rear sway bar links, and Powerflex Black Series bushings. Electric power steering has been added, and stopping power is provided by Porsche-branded four-piston calipers and cross-drilled rotors all around.
The cabin houses Recaro seats with black cloth upholstery and red Schroth Profi II six-point harnesses. Microsuede trims the dashboard and RS-style door panels, and other appointments include a roll bar, a CAE Ultra Shifter, a Rennline pedal set, and aluminum floorboards.
