This 1992 Mercedes-Benz 250GD Wolf was imported to the US in May 2021 and subsequently refurbished by Expedition Motor Company of Frenchtown, New Jersey. It was then acquired by the current owner in June 2021 and relocated to Canada. The truck is finished in Rubellite Red and powered by a 2.5-liter diesel inline-five mated to a four-speed manual transmission, a dual-range transfer case, and locking front and rear differentials. Equipment includes a folding windshield, a roll bar, fender extensions, 16″ wheels, and a front skid plate in addition to heated front and rear seats trimmed in two-tone beige, air conditioning, wood flooring, a backup camera, and a Pioneer stereo system. This 250GD is now offered in Canada on dealer consignment with a clean Carfax report and Ontario registration. The body was refinished in Rubellite Red as part of the refurbishment by Expedition Motor Company, and it is equipped with black fender extensions, a tan soft top with plastic windows, a body-color roll bar, rear fog lights, a skid plate, and a rear receiver hitch. Black-finished 16″ wheels are accented with red and blue stripes on the lips and wear 265/75 BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A tires. A matching spare is mounted to a swing-away carrier at the rear. Refurbishment work reportedly included overhauling the suspension and braking system. The heated front and rear bucket seats are trimmed in two-tone beige with red stitching and accompanied by matching door panel trim. Additional features include a Vintage Air climate control system, wood flooring, a backup camera, and a Pioneer stereo linked to aftermarket speakers. The two-spoke leather-wrapped steering wheel fronts VDO instrumentation including a 90-mph speedometer as well as gauges for fuel and coolant temperature. The digital odometer shows 1,200 miles, which are said to have been added since the completion of the refurbishment. True mileage is unknown. The naturally aspirated 2.5-liter OM602 diesel inline-five is said to have received a refinished block with a replacement head gasket, crank seals, oil pan gasket, timing belt, and water pump during the refurbishment. Power is sent to the rear or all four wheels through a four-speed manual transmission, a two-speed transfer case, and front and rear locking differentials. Work performed by Expedition Motor Company is said to have included a rebuild of the transmission and transfer case as well as the replacement of the clutch, throw-out bearing, axle seals, differential seals, and wheel bearings. The Carfax report shows the first update in May 2021 and indicates no accidents or other damage with history in Arkansas and Ontario. The truck does not have a title, as it is being sold in a country that does not issue titles. It is being sold on its expired Ontario registration.
