This 1994 Ferrari 348 Spider was acquired by the seller on BaT in February 2019 and now shows 49k miles. It is finished in Rosso Corsa over tan leather and is powered by a 3.4-liter DOHC V8 linked with a dogleg five-speed manual transaxle and a limited-slip differential. Details include a black soft top, 17″ alloy wheels, sheepskin seat covers, a gated shifter, air conditioning, and an Alpine stereo linked to aftermarket speakers. Service under current ownership is said to have included performing an engine-out service and replacing the air conditioning compressor and CV axle boots. This 348 is offered with service records, spare parts, car covers, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Wisconsin title in the seller’s name. The 348 was the final V8-powered Ferrari model developed under the direction of Enzo Ferrari, and its design was overseen by Pininfarina chief stylist Leonardo Fioravanti. This example is finished in Rosso Corsa and features pop-up headlights and fog lights that have been fitted with LED bulbs as well as a black convertible soft top, side air intakes, louvered taillights, and quad exhaust tips. The decklid and hood are noted to have been repainted under previous ownership. The front bumper cover was refinished under current ownership, and Xpel paint protection film has reportedly been applied to the lower portion of the panel. A sticking fuel door actuator is noted, and the condition of the inner soft top is shown in the gallery. The 17″ five-spoke alloy wheels are mounted with Continental ExtremeContact Sport 02 tires with 2022 date codes. Stopping power is provided by Ferrari-branded calipers over ventilated discs along with an anti-lock system. The brake fluid was flushed in May 2024. The seats are upholstered in tan leather and wear sheepskin covers that have been fitted with foam inserts. Equipment includes a dogleg-pattern gated shifter, an Alpine stereo, aftermarket speakers, aluminum pedals, air conditioning, and power windows and door locks. The front trunk panel was serviced under current ownership. The microsuede-wrapped MOMO steering wheel has a prancing horse horn button and frames Veglia Borletti instrumentation including a 200-mph speedometer, a tachometer with a 7,500-rpm redline, and gauges for coolant temperature and oil pressure. Auxiliary gauges for oil temperature and fuel level are mounted in the center stack. The six-digit odometer shows 49k miles, approximately 11k of which have been added by the seller. The 3.4-liter quad-cam Tipo F119 V8 features Bosch Motronic engine management and was factory rated at 312 horsepower and 229 lb-ft of torque. An engine-out service is said to have been performed in November 2022, which involved replacing the timing belt, pulley, spark plugs, ignition wires and coils, engine mounts, and fuel filters. The seller reports air conditioning compressor was replaced in June 2023 and the battery and radiator were replaced in May 2024. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a five-speed manual transaxle and a limited-slip differential. Previously installed Fabspeed catalytic converters have been removed and are included in the sale. The CV axle boots were replaced in September 2024 per the seller. Photos taken during service completed under current ownership are displayed in the gallery. The Carfax report shows no accidents or other damage from the first entry in May 1996.
