1994 Land Rover Defender 90 NAS

This 1994 Land Rover Defender 90 is one of 87 North American Specification models imported to Canada for the 1994 model year and was acquired by the seller in September 2019. The truck is finished in Arles Blue over gray and black vinyl, and is powered by a 3.9-liter V8 paired with a five-speed manual transmission and a dual-range transfer case. Equipment includes a matte gray removable hardtop, a swing-away spare tire carrier, a factory roll cage, and an AM/FM cassette stereo. This Defender is offered with manufacturer’s literature, a stamped service booklet, service records, a replacement soft top, an accident-free Carfax report, and transferable Ontario registration. The aluminum body panels are finished in Arles Blue and equipment includes black wheel arch flares, a step rear bumper, and dual side mirrors. NAS Defenders featured an internal/external roll cage as standard equipment, and this example is fitted with a matte gray removable hardtop. Corrosion is visible on the swing-away rear tire carrier mounting bracket. Factory 16″ alloy wheels are wrapped in 265/75 BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A tires. The truck is equipped with power-assisted four-wheel disc brakes as well as front and rear sway bars. The interior features bolstered front seats upholstered in gray and black vinyl, a locking center console, and a black dash pad. Amenities include rubber floor mats, an analog clock, and a Land Rover AM/FM cassette stereo. Wear is visible on the top of the center console, and the plastic handle on the console lid is cracked. Corrosion is noted on the driver and passenger floor pan seams. A padded steering wheel frames instrumentation consisting of a 150-km/h speedometer, a 6k-rpm tachometer, and gauges for fuel level and coolant temperature. The six-digit odometer shows 124k kilometers (~77k miles), a handful of which were added by the seller. Total mileage is unknown. The 3.9-liter V8 was factory-rated at 182 horsepower and 233 lb-ft of torque. The seller states that a replacement battery was installed and an oil and filter change was performed in 2020.
