1994 Porsche 964 911 (Non-Turbo)

This 1994 Porsche 911 Carrera 4 is one of 267 factory widebody coupes delivered to the North American market and was sold new by Downtown Porsche in Toronto, Ontario. The car was acquired by the seller in 2016, and a subsequent cosmetic overhaul included a repaint in the factory Amazon Green Metallic and reupholstering the interior in Ascot Brown leather. Power is provided by a 3.6-liter flat-six driving all four wheels through a five-speed manual transaxle, and additional equipment includes 18″ Speedline wheels, a sunroof, fog lights, Bilstein coilovers, heated power-adjustable sport seats, air conditioning, cruise control, and a Becker CR-1 cassette AM/FM stereo. Service in anticipation of the sale included changing the oil and replacing the tie rod ends and tires. This Carrera 4 widebody shows 93k kilometers (~58k miles) and is now offered with partial service records, the removed factory wheels, owner’s manuals, a tool kit, a clean Carfax report, and Alberta registration. Under the seller’s ownership, the body was refinished in the factory Amazon Green Metallic (L39A). The windshield, rubber seals, fog lights, rear window wiper, taillights, and reflectors were also replaced. The seller notes the sunroof motor has been replaced and that paint-protection film is applied to the front fascia, rocker panels, and side mirrors. Bilstein coilovers have been added, along with adjustable front tie rod ends and a spring plate set with spherical bearings. The interior was originally trimmed in Classic Gray, and the seats, dashboard, door panels, center console, headliner, sun visors, and door sill guards were reupholstered in Ascot Brown leather. Heated power-adjustable sport seats have been added, and additional equipment includes brown carpeting, power windows, cruise control, air conditioning, custom floor mats, and a Porsche CR-1 cassette AM/FM stereo. The heater control module and headlamp switch were replaced in 2017. The steering wheel and instrument cluster surround were also reupholstered in Ascot Brown leather. Instrumentation includes a central tachometer with a 6,800-rpm redline, a 300-km/h speedometer, an analog clock, and auxiliary gauges. The air-cooled 3.6-liter flat-six features a twin-plug ignition system and was factory rated at 247 horsepower. An engine-out service at Eurasia Automotive of Edmonton, Alberta in 2017 included adjusting the valves and replacing the timing cover gaskets, timing chain tensioners, valve cover gaskets, oil return tubes, distributor caps and rotors, spark plugs, and drive belts. An oil change was carried out in anticipation of the sale. Power is sent to all four wheels through a five-speed manual transaxle with a limited-slip differential.
