This 1995 Audi RS2 is a left-hand-drive example that previously resided in Japan and was imported to Canada in 2014. It was acquired four years ago in Quebec by the seller, who has added 6k of the 150k kilometers (~93k miles) shown. The car is finished in RS Blue over a black leather interior, and is one of 2,981 built during a 16-month production run from 1994 to 1995. Power is provided by a turbocharged 20-valve 2.2L inline-five mated to a six-speed manual gearbox and Quattro all-wheel drive. Modifications include 2Bennett Audimotive coilovers, a Supersprint exhaust system, and an Alpine head unit. Over the last year the car has reportedly been serviced with a new clutch, rear main seal, brake pads and rotors, battery, and an oil change. This RS2 is now offered with service records from the seller, factory manuals, and Quebec registration in the seller’s name. Audi and Porsche co-developed the RS2, which was assembled at Porsche’s Rössle-Bau factory in Zuffenhausen, Germany. This example is finished in RS Blue Pearl Effect (LZ5M), and the seller believes the car was repainted by a previous owner in Japan. The front and rear bumpers were repainted again by the seller, along with the side mirrors, before a ceramic coating was applied. New badges were also fitted, and photos of the paintwork, trim, and glass are shown up close in the gallery below. Factory 17″ Cup alloy wheels shared with the Porsche 964 Turbo and 968 Clubsport were refinished under the seller’s ownership and are wrapped in Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires. The suspension features a lowered right height from 2Bennett Audimotive coilovers. The four-piston Brembo calipers with Porsche branding were refinished by the seller, and the front and rear rotors and pads were replaced. The interior is upholstered in black leather with carbon fiber trim with blue weave. Equipment includes heated Recaro seats, a sunroof, automatic climate control, Audi-branded floor mats, and an aftermarket Alpine head unit. A button to lock the rear differential is located on the center console between the front seats. A new shift knob has been added, and the seller states the headliner was replaced under previous ownership along with the door cards. The heater core and the air conditioning evaporator were also reportedly replaced under previous ownership. White factory instrumentation includes a 300-km/h speedometer and a 7,800-rpm-tachometer, as well as gauges for oil temperature, oil pressure, and voltage ahead of the shifter. Approximately 150k kilometers (~93k miles) are shown on the analog odometer, 6,000 kilometers of which were added by the seller. The turbocharged 20-valve 2.2L inline-five was rated at 315 horsepower and 302 lb-ft of torque when new. Output is sent through a six-speed manual gearbox and a Quattro all-wheel-drive system with a Torsen center differential and open front and rear differentials. The seller states a timing belt service was completed in 2015, and that the clutch, transmission mounts, thermostat, and rear main seal were replaced in December 2019. An oil and filter change was carried out in May 2020, along with fitting a new battery. A Supersprint exhaust system is fitted, and additional photos of the underbody and suspension are viewable below. Manufacturer’s literature is included in the sale. A video presentation is provided below.
