1998 Ferrari 550 Maranello

This 1998 Ferrari 550 Maranello is a European-market example that was imported into the US and then into Canada where it was acquired by the seller in March 2018. The car is finished in Titanium Gray Metallic over a red leather interior and is powered by a 5.5-liter quad-cam V12 paired with a rear-mounted six-speed transaxle. Features include a Koenig Specials exhaust, Scuderia Ferrari fender shields, 18″ wheels, a gated shifter, power-adjustable seats, and a Pioneer stereo. A March 2020 service included an oil change and replacing the timing belts and tensioner bearings, the water pumps, the thermostat, the spark plugs and wires, the cam cover gaskets, the oil pressure sending unit, the coolant hoses, the fuel filters, and the air filters. This 550 Maranello is now offered in Innisfil, Ontario, with a spare imperial speedometer, the removed factory mufflers, a Carfax Canada report, and clean Ontario registration. The aluminum bodywork was designed by Pininfarina and is finished in Grigio Titanio Metallizzato. Features include Scuderia Ferrari fender shields and a six-outlet Koenig Specials exhaust system. The seller notes that the shock actuator warning light is currently illuminated. The leather-wrapped steering wheel fronts a 340-km/h speedometer, a 10k-rpm tachometer, and gauges for coolant temperature, oil pressure, oil temperature, and fuel level. The six-digit odometer shows 10k kilometers (~6k miles), approximately 6,400 of which were added by the selling dealer. An imperial speedometer with an odometer showing 30k miles is included in the sale. True mileage is unknown. The 5.5-liter V12 produced 478 horsepower and 419 lb-ft of torque when new and features quad overhead camshafts and 48 valves.
