This 1999 Ferrari F355 Spider is #55 of approximately 100 limited edition Serie Fiorano models produced for the US market. It is powered by a 3.5-liter DOHC V8 linked with a paddle-shifted six-speed F1 gearbox and is finished in Giallo Modena over black Connolly leather. Equipment includes a black soft top, a boot cover, 18″ five-spoke magnesium wheels, Scuderia Ferrari fender shields, drilled aluminum pedals, and pop-up headlights. Serie Fiorano-specific equipment added a Challenge-style rear grille and carbon-fiber interior trim as well as a revised suspension and a competition-derived steering rack and brakes. The seller purchased the car in 2022 and has since added approximately 1,300 of the 55k miles shown. It is now offered at no reserve with factory literature, two keys, service records, a car cover, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Texas title in the seller’s name The Pininfarina-designed body is finished in Giallo Modena, and styling elements include a power-operated black convertible top as well as pop-up headlights, a boot cover, integrated front fog lights, an integrated rear decklid spoiler, a Challenge-style rear grille, quad exhaust outlets, a vented engine cover, Scuderia Ferrari fender shields, and air intakes on the doors and rocker panels. A tear on the soft top has been repaired, per the seller. Paint chips are located on the right rocker panel, and the underside of the front bumper cover is scraped. The 18″ five-spoke magnesium wheels are mounted with 225/40 front and 265/40 rear Michelin Pilot Sport 4s tires showing 2021 and 2022 date codes. Ferrari-branded red-finished brake calipers are mounted over ventilated discs at each corner. Exclusive Serie Fiorano features include a competition-spec steering rack, a revised suspension with a wider track, a lower ride height, higher spring rates, and larger-diameter sway bars. Curb damage is present on the right-rear wheel. The manually adjustable seats are trimmed in black Connolly leather and are complemented by a color-coordinated dashboard, door panels, and carpets. Carbon-fiber trim accents the cabin, and amenities include automatic climate control, carpeted floor mats, and drilled aluminum pedals. The seller notes that sticky buttons have been refinished. Imperfections are visible on the stereo digital display. A plaque affixed to the dashboard designated the car as #55 of 100 Serie Fiorano models. The leather-wrapped steering wheel shows wear, is equipped with carbon-fiber paddle shifters, and frames a 200-mph speedometer, a 10k-rpm tachometer, a gauge for coolant temperature, and a digital gear indicator. Ancillary instruments in the center stack include an analog clock and gauges for fuel level and oil pressure. The six-digit odometer shows just over 55k miles, approximately 1,300 of which were added under current ownership. The mid-mounted 3.5-liter DOHC V8 features five valves per cylinder and dry-sump lubrication for a factory-rated output of 375 horsepower and 268 lb-ft of torque. The Serie Fiorano model features a remapped ECU. The seller notes that an engine-out belt service was last completed in 2020. Power is routed to the rear wheels via an electrohydraulically operated six-speed F1 gearbox. Additional photos of the underside are presented in the gallery. The Carfax report shows no accidents or other damage and lists history in Illinois, California, Ohio, Washington, Arizona, Indiana, and Texas.
