2002 BMW E46 3-Series Coupe

This 2002 BMW 330Ci was modified to compete in the National Auto Sport Association (NASA) Western Endurance Racing Championship, where it raced in the E1 and E2 classes between 2017 and 2020, winning its class in the 2019 25 Hours of Thunderhill and achieving multiple podium finishes. The exterior is finished in a multi-color livery and the interior features a full roll cage, a new Racetech Halo seat, an AIM digital display, an ESS fire-suppression system, and a MOMO steering wheel. The modified 3.0-liter M54 inline-six sends power to the rear wheels through a five-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential, and additional equipment includes adjustable suspension, reinforced front and rear subframes, hardened brake rotors with PFC friction pads, LED lighting, and 17″ wheels with Hankook Ventus competition tires. Additional racing support equipment included in the sale consists of spare parts, a tire rack, fluids and lubricants, four sets of wheels and tires, and three modified fuel jugs. This E46 race car and equipment package is now offered in California on behalf of its owner with a spare engine, additional parts, and a bill of sale. The exterior has been customized with a multi-color livery and sponsor stickers, and features a rear LED rain light, a JAWS warning light, a GPS antenna, a modified fuel filler, and additional custom LED lighting. Black-finished 17″ wheels secured on long wheel studs and with spacers up front wear Hankook Ventus racing tires, with three additional sets of tires and wheels included in the sale. Equipment includes adjustable sway bars, rear camber arms, and Motion Control Suspension two-way coilovers, along with reinforced front and rear subframes, modified and reinforced strut towers, Ground Control camber/caster plates, solid front control arm bushings, and polyurethane rear trailing arm bushings. Braking power is provided by hardened rotors with PFC brake pads. The cockpit is fitted with a Blackbird Fabworx custom roll cage and a replacement Racetech Halo seat with a seat-back brace, along with an ESS fire-suppression system, a center net, an SRC radio, a power cut-off switch, and a competition shifter with a double-shear selector rod. The Alcantara-wrapped MOMO steering wheel frames an AIM MXL2 digital cluster, with AIM brake pressure, coolant, and fuel sensors along with a GPS antenna. Fused switchgear sits in a custom metal backlit dashboard panel, which is shown in detail in the gallery below. No odometer is present, and vehicle total mileage is unknown.
