This 2006 AM General M1152 HMMWV was originally designed for use by the US military and was refurbished under previous ownership before being acquired by the seller in 2021. Refurbishment work included a repaint in gray as well as installation of an aftermarket soft top and front and rear bucket seats. Power is provided by a 6.5-liter turbodiesel V8 linked with a four-speed automatic transmission, a dual-range transfer case, and limited-slip front and rear differentials. Additional equipment includes a roof-mounted LED light bar, LED headlamps, two-piece 16.5″ steel wheels, inboard disc brakes, a pintle hitch, air conditioning, a Bluetooth-capable speaker bar, and removable doors. This M1152 “Humvee” is now offered in California with a clean Montana title in the name of the seller’s LLC. The truck was repainted gray as a part of the aforementioned refurbishment, which also included adding a replacement soft top as well as applying a spray-in bed liner. Additional exterior equipment includes a roof-mounted LED light bar, LED headlamps, removable doors, front and rear tow shackles, rear mud flaps, a pintle hitch, and a fold-down tailgate. Two-piece 16.5″ steel wheels are mounted with 37×12.5″ Goodyear Wrangler MT/R tires showing 2015 date codes. The truck rides on a four-wheel independent suspension, and braking is handled by inboard-mounted discs. Aftermarket front and rear bucket seats have been installed and are trimmed in black upholstery. Amenities include a Bluetooth-capable speaker bar, air conditioning, a custom center console, and sliding side windows. The three-spoke steering wheel sits ahead of a 60-mph speedometer and auxiliary gauges for oil pressure, fuel level, coolant temperature, and battery voltage. A Dixson tachometer is affixed to the ceiling and features an engine hour counter that displays 294 hours. The five-digit mechanical odometer shows 1,500 miles, approximately 1,200 of which have been added by the seller. The General Engine Products (GEP) 6.5L turbodiesel V8 was factory rated at 190 horsepower and 380 lb-ft of torque. The engine belts as well as the radiator and fuel lines are said to have been replaced during the aforementioned refurbishment. Power is sent to all four wheels through a 4L80-E four-speed automatic transmission, a dual-range transfer case, and limited-slip front and rear differentials. The truck is titled to the Manufacturer’s Serial Number—238679—shown on the data plate above. An August 2020-dated US government Certificate to Obtain Title to a Vehicle is viewable in the gallery along with the current Montana title, the latter of which carries an out-of-state “Antique” brand.
