This 2006 Lotus Exige is a modified track car powered by a supercharged 1.8-liter inline-four paired with a six-speed manual transaxle. Finished in a painted white, yellow, and black livery with #124 graphics, the car is equipped with factory leather fixed-back seats with harnesses, a roll cage, fire suppression system, and a quick-release steering wheel. Additional modifications include a rear diffuser and wing, staggered RS134 Monolite wheels, Nitron shocks, a Larini Systems exhaust, and an OS Giken competition clutch. It was previously sold on BaT in October 2016 and was acquired by the seller in October 2020. This Lotus is now offered with service records, a clean Carfax report, and a clean California title in the seller’s name. Originally finished in white, the fiberglass body has been repainted in a black, yellow, and white livery with #124 and V2 Motorsports vinyl graphics. Features include a removable roof panel, carbon fiber canards, a front tow hook, APR convex side mirrors, front and rear spoilers, GRP Race side skirts, a rear diffuser, a roof scoop, an exterior fuel cut-off switch, and a rearview camera. The 16″ front and 17″ rear RS134 Monolite wheels are wrapped in Yokohama Advan A052 tires sized 195/50 and 225/45 respectively. The suspension was reportedly modified by V2 Motorsports of Sterling Heights, Michigan during previous ownership with the following components: V2 steering arms and shims Cut spindles Lotus Sport sway bar Nitron GT3 V2 Spec height-adjustable coilovers V2 shock reservoir mounts Nitron A-arm ball joints Painted uprights The factory leather seats have been modified to fit a HANS device and the rear interior panel was removed to accommodate the custom roll cage. Amenities consist of air conditioning, power windows, and a JVC CD stereo with Kicker speakers, while racing modifications include a fire suppression system, a fuel cut-off switch, Schroth Enduro six-point harnesses, a Radium fuel pressure gauge, and a dashboard-mounted fire extinguisher. An OMP flat-bottomed steering wheel attached with an NRG quick-release and adapter hub frames a 10k-rpm tachometer and a 160-mph speedometer. The digital odometer indicates approximately 20k miles, around 300 of which were added by the seller. The Toyota-sourced 1.8-liter 2ZZ-GE inline-four was fitted with a Lotus supercharger in 2017. The Carfax report shows no accidents or other damage and displays history in Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, Montana, and California through its most recent entry in December 2020.
