This Renault Clio V6 Trophy is #109 of 159 units built by Renaultsport for use in series competition to promote the second-generation Clio. The Clio V6 Trophy recalls the Renault 5 Turbo with a rear mid-engine, rear-wheel-drive layout and is powered by a 3.0-liter V6 paired with a six-speed sequential transaxle. This example is finished in yellow over a race-prepped interior and was imported from Japan to Canada in 2018 under prior ownership before being acquired by the selling dealer in 2022. Equipment includes front and rear spoilers, widened bodywork, side air intakes, a roll cage, an eKtor steering wheel, Magneti Marelli instrumentation, OMP racing seats, 18″ magnesium wheels, and Brembo brake calipers at all four corners. This Renault race car is now offered in Quebec, Canada, on a bill of sale. The V6 Trophy body features widened fenders, rocker panel covers, doors, quarter panels, and bumper covers compared to the standard Clio. This example is finished in yellow with Trophy graphics, and additional features include a front lip spoiler, a roof-mounted rear spoiler, an aluminum fuel filler cap, black side mirror housings, side air intakes, tow hooks, and exposed hood and liftgate locks. The 18” magnesium wheels are finished in black with red accents and feature Renaultsport-branded center caps. Pirelli PZero tires are mounted at all four corners and measure 235/645 up front and 245/645 out back. Stopping power is provided by four-wheel disc brakes with Brembo calipers. Seating consists of a single OMP racing seat trimmed in black cloth with Renaultsport embroidery. A roll cage was fitted from the factory, and an eKtor fire suppression system is installed within the passenger footwell. Additional appointments include an RJS Racing Equipment five-point harness, gray door panels, and crank windows. Dual batteries are mounted in the front trunk. An eKtor steering wheel is mounted to a quick-release hub and fronts a Magneti Marelli tachometer and a digital display. The car does not have an odometer, and true mileage is unknown. The naturally aspirated 3.0-liter V6 was adapted from the Renault Laguna and mounted transversely ahead of the rear axles. Factory-rated output was 281 horsepower and 226 lb-ft of torque. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a six-speed sequential transaxle. Additional underside photos are provided in the gallery. Chassis number 109 MOC appears on an identification plate mounted in the engine compartment. The car does not have a standard 17-digit VIN, is not legal for road use, has not been registered for the street, and is not titled. It is being sold on a bill of sale in Quebec, Canada. A photocopy of the Canadian Vehicle Import Form is presented in the gallery.
