The ter Deluxe was first introduced in the Chevrolet model line-up midway through 1933 as a replacement for the Chevrolet ter gle. In 1934, the ter Deluxe received a number of updates including a longer (112 in.) wheelbase, 80 HP Stovebolt 206 cubic inch inline-6, and the ''Knee-Action'' independent front suspension.
