This 2004 Dodge Sprinter 2500 motorhome is branded as a Mercedes-Benz Airstream and was acquired by the current owner in 2016. Finished in silver over gray upholstery, the van is powered by a turbodiesel 2.7-liter Mercedes inline-five paired with a five-speed automatic transmission. Features include 16″ wheels, a tow-hitch receiver, an exterior awning, a generator, front and rear air conditioning, a collapsible table, a folding couch/bed, a toilet, a shower, and a kitchenette with a sink, stovetop, microwave, and refrigerator. Now showing 95k miles, this Airstream is offered at no reserve by the seller on behalf of the owner with a Carfax report, manufacturer’s literature, service records since 2018, and a clean Maryland title. The van is finished in silver with gray lower claddings and side graphics. Features include a passenger-side awning, a single sliding side door, barn-style rear doors, a utility shower, a rear tow-hitch receiver, running boards, tinted glass, and Mercedes-Benz Airstream badging. Damage to the right side of the vehicle is indicated on the Carfax report in April 2014, although no additional information is provided. The paintwork, exterior trim, imperfections, and weathering are shown up close in the photo gallery below. Silver-painted 16″ steel wheels are mounted with 225/75 Kelly Edge AT tires. The front wheels have Dodge Ram–logo center caps, and scrapes are noted on the wheels. The front passenger area features bolstered bucket seats with gray upholstery. Amenities include a CD player, air conditioning, a dash-mounted storage bin, and a Garmin cell-phone mount. A four-spoke Dodge steering wheel sits ahead of VDO instrumentation that includes a 110-mph speedometer, a 7k-rpm tachometer, and auxiliary gauges. The digital odometer shows 95k miles, about 700 of which have been added under current ownership. The rear compartment features high ceilings and hardwood-style flooring and cabinetry. The couch across from the collapsible table folds into a bed, and the media console houses a JVC stereo with provisions for additional equipment. A Penguin Duo Therm climate-control system heats and cools the rear, and the kitchenette is equipped with a sink, gas stovetop, microwave, and refrigerator. An enclosed room with a toilet and shower is located adjacent to the stovetop. The van also features a water heater as well as storage tanks for fresh, gray, and black water. An Onan GenSet counter shows just under 80 hours of use on the generator. A toilet valve and the kitchen faucet were replaced in October 2018, as noted on a receipt pictured in the gallery. The turbodiesel 2.7-liter Mercedes OM647 inline-five was rated for 154 horsepower and 243 lb-ft of torque when new. The vehicle received a Mercedes “A” service in January 2020, less than 100 miles ago. Power is delivered to the rear wheels through a five-speed automatic transmission with an overdrive gear. Additional photos of the underside are presented in the gallery below. The Carfax report shows the aforementioned accident in 2014 and lists registration activity in Delaware and Maryland. An unaddressed recall from June 2017 involves the engine-control unit.
